Someone who is paranoid schizo,has anger isssues.is intuitive and has a high iq.

Very dangerous. He should be on meds for the schizophrenia, but it's not even that I would worry about. Anger issues are a big problem and if he is very intelligent he can also be very manipulative. The paranoia can also make him lash out unexpectedly.

The best indicator of violence is past violence. Just because he has a paranoid form of SZ does not make him dangerous necessarily. I would think the anger issues may be indicative though.

If they are being treated for their schizophrenia and anger disorder then he should be stable and not dangerous. I think this person would be a danger if left untreated.
