i have no idea,i just can't think of anything for my design plan

Make a lift, elevator: Connect a smaller cross sectional area (a) syringe to a larger cross sectional area (A) syringe. Connect the outlet of the smaller syringe to the input side of the larger syringe with a tube; so that water on the outlet side of the smaller syringe is connected to water on the input side of the larger syringe.

Push the smaller syringe D distance and show that the larger syringe will move d = D(a/A) distance in response. This happens because Pascal's Law says that pressure (P) is distributed evenly throughout a liquid.

And the work function is Fd = fD; where F is the force acting on the smaller syringe (your push) and f is the force transmitted through the connecting tube and acting on the larger syringe. The work on the smaller syringe is equal to the work done on the larger one; so Fd = PAd = PaD = fD (the P's are equal due to Pascal's Law). Then, as stated earlier, but now derived, Ad = aD and d = D(a/A).

This is the kind of tool hydraulic elevators are propelled by...only in reverse, where D = d(F/f) = d(A/a) so that the elevator with cross sectional area of a will travel D stories with only a small push of distance d on a plunger A area. This is also the kind of tool that propels aircraft off old fashioned aircraft carriers that used hydraulic catapults.

If you connect two syringes together with a tube, pushing down one syringe will raise the other one, and vice versa. This gives you a means of transfering movement between the objects at either end of that tube. This is the principle on which hydraulic mechanisms operate.
