Spiders, the horrible little things. They never seem to go away, even after covering my house with that Home Defense spray. I'm afraid to shower sometimes until my husband looks over it all first to make sure none will surprise me. I check my shoes 3 times before I put them on.I seem to have this 'gift' of finding at least one everywhere I go. It's a bad thing to be so terrified of because they are everywhere.

The basic one is the fear of heights, but I have a personal one of automatophobia, which is the fear of dolls or dummies or anything that pretends to be real. I don't like freak out when I see them, it's just that I think they're freaky, because I get the feeling they're watching me.

There is only 2 things I fear, Social Situations and Nature.. I was diagnosed with Social Anxiety Disorder years ago, and have pretty much "fixed" it by myself, without medications.

The fear of nature is more out of respect than being scared, nature can keep us all alive, or it can destroy us at will, no one has control over it.

One time I thought I was brave enough to light a match but I really wasn't. I paniked and threw the match in the air, it landed on the tablecoth which it instantly set fire to. Don't worry it was put out!

I have a fear of war suddenly breaking out close to home. I just can't imagine how those in war torn countries deal with that.
