The shift key is the key that has an arrow that points north or towards the top of your keyboard. On some keyboards it says shift, on others it doesn't. There are two shift keys, one on either side of the the letter keys.

The shift key is the key with an arrow pointing up and normally it says shift next to it, you usually find this on the bottom left AND right of the keyboard.

the shift key on the key board is on both sides. Most times its labeled but guessing yours isn't it is right onder the enter or return key on the right side and under the capital lock on the left

They're on each side of the keyboard, second up from the bottom. (Ctrl keys are at the bottom.) Mine have an upward pointing arrow on them.
