Any kind of drug, have her check with her Dr. for safe cold medicines or allergy for pain only Tylenol. stay away from tuna and catfish they have high levels of mercury and that is not good. Make sure she takes her vitamins that is very important.

Don't eat foods with a lot of vinigar and don't drink apple cider vinigar.
don't drink alcohol
don't take birth control pills
don't take anti biotics
don't take tylenol, motrin, asprin
don't take cough medicine.

Don't take anything without consulting your doctor or a pharmasist first.

As for foods all I know is eat really healthy and not lot of spicy foods because they'll give the baby a stomach ache.

try to stay away from smoke.
and keep the stress level down so that you don't stress the baby and end up with complications.

Best of Wishes for your friend!

Don't eat lunch meat unless you put in the microwave and cook it for 2 minutes. This will stop her from having a miscarriage. Don't take meds without consulting her doctor. Don't lift anything heavy. Get plenty of rest. Don't do a lot of stuff around the house. Don't stand near a microwave or use a cell phone as that can cause cancer. Don't have rough sex. Drink 8 glasses of water a day, eat plenty of fruits and veggies, eat lots of meat, poltry and fish. Eat lots of grains. Drink lots of milk and juice. Don't eat raw hotdogs.

she should talk to her dr and sign up for prenatel care at the hospital. there are programs for teen mom's that teach them how to care for themselves while pregnant and the baby once he/she is born. doesn't your friend have parents that are helping her do these things?
