What is that stuff that some black women put in their hair that make it look like plastic hair?

What? I don't put any plastic hair in my hair. And it's called a weave. The same stuff that women of other races are now using. Especially your favorite celeb.

I don't know but my friend who is black she doesn't put anything in her hair and when she pulls her hair back-- half up, half down-- then she takes it out like 30 seconds to a minute later.. it stays there. It is so cool.

first off,tracks/weaves/extensions are made from human hair (usually from some Korean lady-they get paid for it)
second, that must be some BAD weaves your seeing
third, weaves used in braiding hair are usually synthetic
fourth,they make them for white people too
If you can't grow it,sew it
If you can't achieve it,weave it

that is messed up. But they use oils due to dry and frizzy hair. I have the same problem. If that is what you mean!

Some black women put tracks or extensions but that's not there real hair.I would never do that to my hair

By plastic, do you mean shiny? If so, then too much hair grease and oil sheen, lol
If its stiff looking, then its spritz or gel.....
