Where in the Bible does it say anything about masturbation? Book, Chapter, Verse please.

Genesis 38: 9 says that Onan "slept with his brother's wife, he spilled his semen on the ground to keep from providing offspring for his brother." This is interpreted as all masturbation is wrong, however it sounds to me as if he was pulling out early.
Jesus said, in Matthew 5: 27-28, "You have heard that it was said, 'Do not commit adultery.' But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart." Thus, if you are married, and you lust after another, and you touch yourself this is adultery. If you are unmarried, but the other person is married, then it is also considered adultery.
