It is a matter of taste, but I';d side with college sports. There is a level of intensity and enthusiasm that pro sports rarely match, possibly because of the length of pro sports' seasons. Any given game counts for much more in college sports.

College hands down. College players have devoted their life to try and accomplish their final destination. This is their final chance to turn pro or "work" for a living. They do not get paid and in most cases college is their final chance to make the biggest impression in their sports career. Most college players will never get drafted or play sports after their schooling is over with. Hats off to the ones that end up having to get a "real" job that work with kids to further develop sport at the grass roots.

Depends on the sport.
I for one would like to see a College NASCAR circuit.
Get each college's Mechanical Engineering department involved, and let them figure out the best way to build a car.
