so i've tried to take an objective look at the facts surrounding that day and it seems for every conspiracy theory, there is an argument to debunk it. ignoring the fact that most of the debunking seems to be baseless, one point has never been refuted, can anyone explain the put options that were put on united and american airlines a few days prior to the event?

my question is can anyone explain the put options, not how the buildings fell or if bush was complicit. taking an objective look at the facts, a lot of what is claimed as debunking doesn't make sense. every aspect of that day is questionable, this should be cause for concern to american citizens

the put options were placed by the wall street firm where the head of the CIA worked before he beame CIA director. do your research for crying out loud. and there was a very high increase, something on the order of over 100% in the number of put options placed. also think of this, the only three buildings who happened to be owned by larry silverstein were the buildings that fell...

George Bush was warned about attacks a couple of months before it actually happened. This was mentioned once or twice, but then no one said anything else about it. He knew, that is certain. Whether it was inside or not is different. I would think that maybe a person or two on the inside had a hand in it, but I wouldnt go pointing fingers.

There are put options bought on United and American airlines today.

Were there any extra special large orders taken out the day before? If so, how do you validate that? Meaning, in the history of the stocks, have there never been orders that size before or after the attacks? Also, you have to remember, the terrorists were very well financed. That means that the people paying for the terrorism have access to money. If they are even half way smart and they knew that 9/11 would cause disruptions then they would buy the put options (which pay out when the price of the stock gets lower) and made a bundle off of the attacks as well.

So, (1) you have not shown that something special happened with these put purchases and (2) even if they were special, the terrorists themselves could have done the transactions.

This is not evidence of an inside job.

If you have links to a reputable site then include them. I do not freely accept anything I hear as fact. I like to see evidence to back up claims like this. You claim that double the number of normal put options were bought. However, have you gone thru the history of the put options to see if there have been orders that big. You see, it is not my job to do the research. It is yours. If you want anyone to believe you then you need to have good research done and can give out these important details. I am kind of curious as to where you decided that the head of the CIA had something to do with these options. You must have some sort of business article or something that you can provide a link to. Don't try to pass off a conspiracy site as a news site. If you do have a conspiracy site that you get the info from, find out where they got their info and pass that off. Remember, if you want to stand any chance of convincing anyone, you have to provide reliable evidence.

Read Popular Mechanics (or is it Popular Science) and learn how the twin towers were destroyed. Bin Laden is laughing at the stupidity of the Americans who think that his people did not have anything to do with 9/11. These Americans really are dumb aren't they? Do any of them graduate high school?
Is football and baseball their only enjoyment in life? These are the "superior" people who walked on the moon?

What exactly are you talking about here?

I would imagine that the terrorists know how to use put options. Are you just looking for a way to believe all this conspiracy crap? You must not love your country very much to question whether they would attack their own!

How many people would have to have been in on the "911 inside-job" to pull it off?

Do you honestly think that that many people are capable of pulling off what would be the biggest, most elaborate conspiracy of all time.......
