do they pay my redundancy on my cash wages or the whole job i dont pay for anything at all i live free,food/gas/elc/concil tax/water rates can someone help me please.

you may get something,if your work in tried accommodation like moving expenses help with new fittings like curtains,it all depends on who your working for some are better then others there no standard,you should get a payment for the time you've worked based on earnings age and time employed ,if your going to look around for another job then job seeker allowance help with council tax and rent if you have a home of your own help with your mortgage, all benefits are paid less any income you have or savings,some people don't get any help as they have over the state rates in income

Any 'Benefits in Kind' (such as free car, free accommodation etc) that are Taxable will be part of your 'remuneration package'.

So yes, you should get Redundancy based on the Taxable value of all these benefits. If necessary, go to a Solicitor for advise.

No they will just pay you on the amount you receive in cash wages!! Won't they expect you to move out too though because these kind of jobs have low wages because of the board they provide??

under 3 yrs nothing after that 11/2 weeks per yr over 50 goes up by 1/3
