Anger.

We all hide who we really are everyday. We all wear a mask because revealing who we are deep inside may cause us to be rejected. So we learn at an early age to cover up emotion to some degree. For me personally, the hardest emotion to hide is sadness. Sadness can overwhelm you, and even if you don't cry (which I do), people can tell by looking at your face that something is wrong. The best way to deal with emotion is to learn to feel free to express them! (As long as you do it where no one gets hurt.)

The hardest emotion to hide is no emotion. This is true because we always show an emotion, depending on the situation.

It depends on the person. Like the hardest emotion that i would have to get ride of is compassion! For some people it's anger and for some people it's happiness! Surprisingly for a lot of people it's anger. Some people they just can't let go of things that hurt them!

Fear.
There's just something that happens when I know I'm wide open to the world, that everyone knows I'm vulnerable. The physical give-aways are my eyes widening and my speech becomes slurred or I stammer and sometimes I blush. I also talk really fast and breathe heavily making me think the person can see and hear it so I dart my eyes back and forth. Plus, they always say animals can smell fear so that's pretty hard to hide :P and for some reason people can detect it because they sense vulnerability and if they're mean they know when to attack.

When I feel hurt - I am usually a very happy person and it takes alot for me to feel offended/betrayed. But when I am, I tend to withdraw and people know something's wrong. I withdraw because I want to gather up my thoughts and emotions - before I say something retaliatory and that I'll regret!
