I prefer buttercream because it's thick, buttery, and goood...but, if I'm aiming towards my health, whip cream is best.

Buttercream.....why hold out for the "low calorie" when this is supposed to be indulgent? Note the first part of the word....BUTTER. It doesn't get much better than that.

I add cream cheese to prepared frosting. Less sugar tasting and cream cheesier!

Neither, I prefer cream cheese. If I am going to have cake it is going to be cake, fat & all. I just will eat one slice and not the whole cake.
