you could probably put straps on it your self . go to the fabric store and find a really pretty trim-- lace, embroidery, beaded trim anything that will match. then get a fabric glue an matching tread. lightly glue your straps were you want then stitch them. i did this for one of my prom dresses. the dress was one of those one sleeve dresses and i wantexd to wear a bra so i added a strap. very easy to do, it looked very nice-- like it was designer like that

Do you have a local dry cleaner? If so they usually have a tailor, who you could request to add straps to the dress. If not I would check the yellow pages for a local tailor or seamstress who can add straps to your dress. If you don't want to spend a lot of money see if you have a family member or a parent of one of your friends who can sew, then you can just ask them to add the straps for you.

Check the yellow pages for seamstresses. If there are none in your town try dry cleaning shops. Some have a seamstress for repairs. Maybe they can help you if you get the material. Good luck.

you could just handsew (really easy just weave in and out) a lacy ribbon as straps, thats wat my cousin did when she couldnt wear a strapless dress to graduation. or your local tailor would probably do it. good luck!!!!1
