In the end of new X-men 36 Emma Frost finds Kimura preparing to kill X-23, she forcibly removes the memories of kimura's grandmother, the only person who treated her with kindness, and then telepathically forces her to kill every one in the weapon X project starting with Dr. Harkins, although her intent is good and she is doing this to protect her students, crawling inside someone's head destroying their only good memories and forcing them to murder, an entrie facility full of people good or evil, really doesn't seem like something a good guy would do, maybe wolverine or the punisher would consider that justice served.
Is shadowcat right, Emma Frost can't be trusted
This seems like she's taking the first steps back to "the darkside"

Emma Frost is entirely self-serving. When it serves her purposes, she can be "good." But for the most part she takes the easiest route to getting whatever she wants, and she doesn't care who gets hurt in the process. In my book, that's evil.

I agree. This crosses the line. Rape is rape, and slavery is slavery; whether mental or physical, and Emma knows better. She wouldn’t like it if anybody had done that to her. I wouldn’t trust her. How many guys overlooked what she did to Cyclops only because they wish that they were the one she went to bed with? She’s gone bad. I don’t know if she can be saved.

Ms. Frost is not evil. She (like many so called "anti-heroes") does what she thinks needs to be done. The ends justifies the means in her book. Harsh but effective.

In my opinion this does not make her evil, just a b!tch.
