Any kind of tanning comes along with it's own set of risks. However there is nothing proving or stating that tanning will effect breastfeeding. But I would be sure to use SPF 15 or higher on my sensitive nipples and surrounding area if you tan in the nude. You can already experience some nipple soreness while breastfeeding as it is. Why take the chances of burning your nipples on top of it?!

It's not going to hurt the quality or quantity of your milk. Just make sure you keep your breasts covered while tanning so they dont get burnt. That would hurt a lot especially if you're breastfeeding.

No you could give the baby a sunburn, tan between feedings, its safer for your kid.
