They react to stimulus, like heat, cold, dry, wet, and fishhooks. This means they have feelings as in a nervous system. But do they suffer or think about what they feel, like humans? We can never know this about any animal, since we are not their kind. Heck, we can only assume it's true about other humans!

We certainly know worms are different than us when it comes to "painful" events. Would you squirm and go crazy if you had a hook through you? People tend to just lay there and moan (suffer) when they get injured. Animals are far more active and seem to attempt to find a way to continue functioning when injured. Don't believe it? Partially mash an ant and watch him work out how to continue to walk with whatever is left unbroken. (No, I don't mash ants for a hobby.)

Of course they do. All living, breathing things have feelings. They feel pain. If you take a worm apart, see how it still wiggles. The nerves in the severed worm are reacting to the injury.

They have sensations, but not emotions. They can sense pain and recoil from it, but they do not have the mental capacity to feel suffering.

I'm sure they do have feelings. They wiggle
like crazy when you stick a fish hook through
them.

if by "feelings" you mean sensitivity to outside stimuli, then yes they do. Stick a fishing hook in them and see what happens.
