ichanged the throttle position sensor and EGR and a tune up.

Engine temperature sensor faulty.
Not the one for the gage, but the one for the computer.

it's telling the computer the engine is still cold, and giving it too much gas.

Or, TPS is bad. (again)

Check 02 sensor on exhaust!

Bad injectors. Either leaking or not vaporizing properly.
Black in the exhaust is too rich of a mixture.

black smoke indicates fuel mixture is to rich. that also allows for hesitation. dont know the year, if its older rebuild the carb, or have it adjusted by someone in the know
