Here's the story, I started liking this guy when I sat next to him when we were watching a movie in class. We flirted bigtime. He's one of those guys where he's not afraid to get physical..so yeah he touched me alot. We were pretty good friends before this happened..but then I found out he liked me and this other girl..he told me online. I should have said I liked him too, but I didn't because I wasn't really sure if I liked him anymore because I thought I'd never have a chance with him! So I said nothing. Now he is going out with the other girl, and never talks to me anymore. I'm completley over him--But I mean, we were SUCH good friends before he got a girlfriend. I asked his girlfriend if he hates me for some reason, but she said no..and he even told me he doesn't. So, I know he doesn't hate me. But still, I just want to be as close as we were before. What should I do??

If you're completely over him, why don't you re-start the friendship on-line. That should be easy and harmless enough - like "whatzzzz up? miss u...blah...blah" and see if the old relationship (strictly friends, of course) could be rekindle. Just be careful...take it nice and slow...you don't want to antagonize your other friend (his gf)...tread lightly! Be cool, okay?

Talk to him. You may have missed the boat this time but, maybe not. He maybe took what was out there because he just wanted some one. The boy I dated during my high school years was my best friend. He really wanted to date a girl that was my friend. When she started to date someone else we dated, hoping to make her jealous. I ended up with him for many years. During college we decided we should date other people for a while. He and I both married other people. We are still friends. He was my first love. Hope that helped. Good Luck.

Be patient. If it is meant to be, it will happen. I spent two years and three relationships of waiting until I married my husband. Every time we would get close, he would date someone else and claimed he never knew that I liked him. We've been together almost four years and married for a little over two.

Honestly, you really can't do much in this situation. If he's met someone else that he likes, then you'll have to step back and respect it. Just hang out with regular friends and all of that. He doesn't hate you, he's met someone that he gets along with. =) Keep your options open girl, you're young!!

he's not talking to you like he would before probably because he's really into that girl and is no longer interested in you (yes, reality's harsh).. talk to him since it's just a friendship issue.. if he treasures the friendship, he would certainly want to talk things out with you.. if he doesn't then, maybe he's just simply not interested..

you screwed up by not telling him that you liked him. but, now since he's seeing someone don't even go there. there's really nothing you can do other than tell him that you miss your friendship then it's up to him to continue talking to you. don't worry about it i am sure you'll have other friends.

Ask him to hang out, and invite his gf along. Show him that even though you dont like him like that, you still want to be his friend.

SOUNDS LIKE TO ME THAT HE IS AFRAID TO BE ALONE WITH U... THAT HE DOESNT TRUST HIMSELF ALONE WITH U BECAUSE HE KNOWS THAT SOMETHING COULD HAPPEN BETWEEN THE TWO OF U... TELL HIM THAT YOU STILL WANT TO BE FRIENDS AND MISS HAVING THAT FRIENDSHIP... HE WILL EVENTUALLY COME AROUND... JUST BE PATIENT!!! GOOD LUCK!!
