Moving to Mars wouldn't let you avoid the money you already owe. In addition, if the IRS determines that you leaving the U.S. and giving up your citizenship with primarily a dodge to avoid taxes then it doesn't matter where you move, you'll still be taxed as if you lived in the U.S.

I had an answer for you until you said you owe Uncle Sugar that much. I was gonna recommend you just stop working and get on welfare. I'll keep paying taxes like a dumb@*# to help pay your welfare and you will live at least as well as I do.
But,, you messed up ,, gonna pay that debt one way or another.

There is nowhere you can go that will avoid US taxes as long as you are a US citizen. Even if you relinquish your US citizenship, the US will continue to levy taxes on your income for 10 full years.

There's no way to avoid the current debt.
