My first wish would be for an infinite amount of wishes. After that it wouldn't really matter what the next two were, because I could make as many as I want. :)

Well like any one i'd ask for more wishes, and if that wasn't allowed i'd do this:
1. Get Myself a guy that loves me and i love him back
2. Some one to discover my singing and acting talents and give me loads of record deals and jobs!
3. That me and my family and friends have long happy lives
(by the way, if i could have more wishes i would do some more selfish things lol)

1) For all my family and friends to live forvever and remain looking a healthy age.
2) To have enough money to ensure happiness and comfort for all these forever living people.
3) To have unlimited extra wishes! I would use these to ensure white Christmases, cheap taxes, world peace etc etc

3. the ability to excel at anything i wish in little time at all.
This sounds extremely corny and maybe boring, but with these three you could get most of the obvious stuff that people usually wish for anyway...

Too many wishes would be dangerous. Things are the way they are for a reason. However an end to warfare, disease and hunger would be nice.
