Could anyone give me some advice for a young girl whos just had a miscarriage and has no one to turn too

Avoid the euphemisms.
Give her a shoulder and be supportive.

There really isn't anything you can say or do. It's a death and she has to mourn it. I had one and it was devastating. People would say, " Oh, you can try again" Don't say it!!! As it happened I did have another baby, but still think about it all these years later. It is a very sad time for her. Just be there for her if she wants to talk.
