This year we a re having Roast leg of lamb; Baked Ham; sweet potato's, salad with a hint of curry, and Mint sauce for the lamb. Home made baked rolls and for desert, Chocolate pudding on a slice of home made pound cake soaked in rum with lots of whipped cream. Probably there will be more than all of the above, there always is.

For easter day I make a spiral ham or canned baked ham (with pineapple, cloves, brown sugar and cherries) I make mashed potatoes & gravy, buttered corn, some other types steamed veggies. If I have a chance I make deviled eggs a simple salad. For dessert, I make different pastries every year.
