The muscle contractions during orgasm has changed the position of the opening. The skin just inside the urethra is not in it's normal position. Once urine starts to flow, it usually puts it back.
But do as I do....
Sit after sex.

Some semen in the end of your urethra is probably causing the opening to partially stick together. Usually, massaging the tip of your penis a little before urinating or gently pulling the "lips" apart "unsticks" the opening.

Some semen dries up and getts the umm penis tube a bit clogged. causing it to be like a water-hose with your finger over it.

No idea, but maybe when you pee after having sex, you should sit.
It'll save you from having a mess to clean up.

I also face the same question! but i still havent figure it out! but this will happen when still erect. so i think it is better to let it down 1st.

i'm guess its just cuz the semen is already drying in the urethra, removing the smoothness of the exit that the urine usually goes through.

Well, if your penis is still erect, it can be difficult to aim correctly. If you're uncircumcised, make sure your foreskin is retracted before urinating, especially if you have an erection.
