Don't work too hard.
Remember to have fun!
Support each other, the key to success is working together, not being overly competitive with each other.
There are more opportunities for women in America than ever before... but it takes wisdom (not just intelligence) to know what to do with them!
Listen to your elders, listen to those around you and listen to your own inner voices.
And yeah... chocolate candy canes for all!... and if the boys are good, maybe we'll even let them have some!

I would ask them to take a moment to reflect on how lucky they were- they were given the chance to go to school and are now facing a bright future, and so many people (not just women, people in general) are illiterate, and have to live in poverty without running water.
I would ask them not to forget about those people, no matter how far they get in life.
Several hours and several dollars a year can make a huge difference.
Also, I would urge them to use their experience to motivate young people in our country to go to school (or to stay in school). It is very sad how many people are indifferent and opt to drop out, in a time when you need at least a high school degree to get a decent job.

Change the world? Support the education of other women (and men in some cases) in developing countries? Improve the environment? Get involved with the government? Do something positive? Make life easier for us all? Set the example for other women (and men!)? Cures for disease? Sounds like these girls could do anything if they set their minds to it. The possibilities are endless. Motivate these women. Set their imaginations and dreams on fire.

Same thing I would say to elite group of male college graduates.

The world is getting better, not worse. There are more opportuniities for people to live their own lives and prosper than ever before. Intelligent people who work hard can still succeed and make a difference in the world.

"The time has come to sieze control from the evil fascist state that is patriarchy, SIEG H-..."

Just thought I'd pre-empt the angry feminists so they don't have to bother wasting their time copying and pasting from a previous question.

My opinion of the question is as follows; explain to them that it is in their power to widen the gap between ones gender and their limitations in terms of being productive members of society.

A discovery made by a woman is just as potent as one made by a man, and that they're some of the luckiest women in history. For generations, they've been mitigated to servitude of the family, now is the time for them to shine through and show the world that equality between the sexes was truly one of the best decisions of our species to date.
