I think this is an easy pick. The A's for sure. now that I've said that, the M's will probably win. :)

Well if you reallyed asked me, people would acuse this northern californian of bias but basically it is going to be a great pitching matchup.
Dan Haren for the A's vs. "King" Felix (Hernandez). Both are young starters who can pitch really well. Ichiro will have a good game, but watchout for new callup (for the A's) Travis Buck in RF who might get a few hits in his debut.
Jojima will come to play, he's a gamer.
I'm not going to give a winner, becuase
1) I'm an A's fan
2) its only the first game (exciting as that is!!!)
3) I wanted the season to start a long time ago lol.

A stomping by Oakland I predict. Ichiro trying to get traded before July is iminant. Tough break.

Look for Seattle to be one of the worst teams in the league this year. They don't look very prepared for this season.
