The jets are pretty awesome now. We are missing a CB 2LB's and a D-lineman. Proposed solutions and if we get them what will be the outcome in the season. (We are good enough for playoffs regardless easy schedule)

All of thos who think the dolphins are good you are wrong they have no QB no RB and a bare defense
The Patriots are on a downslope not an upslope while we are an up and rising team

I say trade away a running back now that they have some depth there. Maybe Cedric Houston. As much as I like him, he should have some trade value now based on what he did last year. I'm sure that the very least, combined with a draft pick (late round) e can get a CB and a D-lineman. That'd be the first of a few moves I think they can make. Should be a great year next year though assuming Pennington can keep it together.

Even w/o the linebackers and cornerback, I still think the main problem with the JETS is "Hanging" Chad Pennington. I like the guy, but he seems to only be able to throw floaters and pray his receivers can make a move with it. I think they should try and get a decent QB to challenge him in this offseason. I'm still hearing that Trent Green is available. I think if they made the right offer, that would be a match made in heaven. The AFC East is such a tough conference right now that the playoffs might be a bit out of the JETS reach.

Im a cowboy fan but I gotta tell ya' after the boys were eliminated I was cheering for the jets. Never really interested me as a team but they play with a lot of heart, they play as a team. But the Jets got in the playoffs because of their weak schedule, so expect them around 7-9 or 8-8 tops but no playoffs this year. Unless they improve their D and get a solid running game.

yea im a dolphins fan. i do think the jets can make the playoffs this season with a mediocre division. bills just lost mcgahee and dolphins have so many questions at qb. as for the pats, they just got stallworth but stallworth is either a hit or miss and their defense is aging and a. samuel wants out of new england. the jets will need their RBs to step it up a notch, and pennington will have to stay healthy because last season he was average but coming off surgery. i think jets go 10-6 and make playoffs.

Spent 4 days at Jets camp last summer doing stuff for my website, I think Mangenius and Tannenbaum are on the right track. If The Chadster causes issue, Yank em...Kellen is the future of the team anyway(Pat Kirwan who works for NFL.Com and used to be a Jets asst. Coach told me he was the best QB in last years draft anyway!) Still,..very tough schedule... maybe 9-7.....We don't know yet who will get injured here or on other teams....

As a Pats fan I can't root for that trader of a coach the Jets have, but it was a lucky season for him and I wouldn't give them the wild card next season let alone 1 win against the AFC East champs.

4 out of 11 is a lot. They're gonna need at least 3 of those spots filled before they can be considered contenders. That being said, they can still make the playoffs since every year at least one sh*tty team gets in. Good luck.!

Their schedule isn't going to be easy it's gonna be harder since they made the playoffs this past season. Anyway New England is still the team to beat in the AFC East.

Go Jets!
I went to watch them during the summer (Training Camp) and had a blast.
They were so good last season! Let's hope they make it to the Superbowl this season!
