Hang on, constipation is something that you can't push out so how can giving birth be the same dumb ***? Giving birth is not like constipation at all unless of course you crap out a poop that could weigh up to 10lbs. That had to be a man question!

If you were my partner, It's quite likely I'd make sure you experienced the same pain as me while I was in labour. As it happens my husband used to say it was the same as shelling garden peas. So now for some reason he has an extremely high voice.

It would be so much better if it was! My husband said to me that it couldnt be that bad or people wouldnt go back for a second or third, and came in with me to prove his point. The poor thing looked quite sick there for a while!

If your constipations also includes earth shattering cramps, and a 16 hour ordeal and stiches then yep - exactly the same!

No I wouldnt say so, with constipation it doesnt want to come out, with a baby it does.

Not really because a baby is a little bit bigger and labour can last many many hours
