The Telecommunications Act of 1996 required the Federal Communications Commission to issue guidelines for the labeling of sexual, violent or mature materials unless the entertainment industry agreed to a system of self-imposed labeling. This is where we got our labeling laws.

However, these labeling laws are not like any other "age restricted' laws; its all voluntary on the part of the store to sell cd's with these lables to minors.

No, the only law says that music that has adult and suggestive content has to be labeled that way.

yes there is and it is good thing RAP is killing our kids, these rapers got to go.
shoot them all, do somethis but get rid of that garbage rap sucks death to rappers
