Flat nipples are only a problem if you are breastfeeding, and there are products on the market to help with that. Otherwise, there is no problem at all. It is fairly common. I had flat nipples until I gave birth to my second child, an I have large breasts (38DD). The nipples do not determine breast size, genetics do.

EVERYONE DEVELOPS AT DIFFERENT AGES. I DID NOT DEVELOP BREST UNTIL I WAS 13 3/4. SO JUST STAY CALM. YOU WILL DEVELOP NIPPLES/BREST!! TRUST ME OK.
