So last year I lived half the year with my ma and stepdad they claimed me for there taxes, can they do that? Even thought i truned 18 last feb?

If you were under 18, for half or more of the year or they supported you for 6 months or more total, throughout the year, then yes, they can.

If they supported you 6 months or more they can. If they supported you only 6 months you turned 18 moved out and had income you can file your own taxes. If you lived in their home more then 6 months then they claim you.

They can if they provided more than half of your support. And odds are that they deduction was worth a lot more to them than it would have been to you tax-wise.

they can claim you until you are 99 if they are paying for you.
