Sounds like the repeat poster of that question is a hypocrite.
They post the same stupidity every day and then report you for not answering their question.

just reply to yahoo from the email.. state your case.. and 9 times out of 10 you'll get your points back in a couple of days... if you really care about them.. I only reply because I don't want my account to be shut down from too many violations that aren't actually violations.

I get those all the time. I always protest a wrongful violation, but have yet to get any points back.
Some violations I accept because I know I deserved it, but the vast majority are just silly.

I called someone an idiot because they called for genocide the other day, and I was reported for being abusive. I can only conclude that Yahoo! eagerly supports genocide, despite it's user friendly image.
