YES! I got a positive result on the day that my period was due. My daughter is now almost a year old! They work as well, if not better, than most name-brand tests.

Yes, if it gives you a positive. If it gives you a negative, try again later. I know people that have used them and they say they work just fine. They all measure HcG levels the same way, but I suppose some generic brands may not be put together as well. I personally used wal-mart ones before with no problems.

Pregnancy tests are pretty much all the same. If it says Pregnant you are for SURE. I can see them maybe having inaccurate negative results
WalMart has a test called EQUATE. Its about 4-5 dollars. they are great and work very well

I think they're as reliable as the more expensive ones. They all check for the presence of hcg, the pregnancy hormone. Make sure you follow the directions that come with the package and I don't see why you can't trust it.
