By this I mean things like the Balet, movies with Hugh Grant and other horrible chick flicks, Volkswagon Beetles, Decorations, Nick Knacks, etc.

You missed one other of the list. Women (well this one in particular) also loves nice music. Mainly love songs! Now, is that so stupid?! :)
Ok maybe some of us are a bit fickle as guys tend to describe us at times, but there's always room for improvement. So I've decided, I'm moving on to better things! :D

The only thing on your list I like is SOME Hugh Grant movies and chick flicks. And I would never make my hubby watch them. I've never been 1 of those flowery, knick-knack loving kind of woman tho. Keep looking. We are not all like that. I like basketball, video games, pizza, hamburgs, camping.... Lots of stuff not typically girly.

It's something you wouldn't understand. Women have different preferences.
Why do men love sports so much?
Excuse us for respecting your own choice. We don't judge you & call you "stupid" just because you like something that we don't. I guess now we know women aren't crazy judgmentals generalizing everyone in the same group ;)

But if you really want an answer - it is probably because men like soccer... and now the universe is in balance!!! You know - soccer vs. everything else...
