I think it would be something along the lines of survival of the fittest. In nature, it is fine for the strongest of a species to take whatever they want from the weaker ones, but in our society, we call that stealing - ergo, a natural crime.

Dying of "natural causes " can be someone who died of old age , but "natural crime" is a little far out . Crime shouldn't be "natural".

Murder; theft; destruction of somebody else's property; assault without a good reason; rape; child molestation.
These are actions that are universally seen to be evil or criminal, regardless of any governmental legislation.
