Right now the best bowler in the world cup is Lasith Malinga from Sri Lanka and he already proved he's the best by taking 4 wickets in 4 balls. what a great achivement and it is a world record. Wow

Malinga is currently the best bowler on record simply because most teams dont seem to know how to play his exotic deliveries.
Shane Bond is also coming up with some really unplayable deliveries.
