You should be able to get some kind of settlement from the marriage, either part of his 401 k plan or some type of monthly payment to help you live. He, not you left the marriage. Also make sure if any money in the bank to take half of it. Sorry, that is not going well for you, but if he has already checked out of this relationship let someone have your heartache with him.

Do you have any relatives that can help you until you get back on your feet. You really need to go talk to a Lawyer. If your Husband is committing Adultry, the is a good reason for a Divorce and your Husband will have to pay you Alimony as well as vacate the Home. Go See that lawyer ASAP. Do NOT allow him to do this to you. He feels like you are trapped and have to take his crap..

Time to move on with your life, as toward alimony, support, equitable division of the assets you will need a lawyer to evaluated your case, since they are all fact sensitive.
But after 21 years of marriage you should be entitled to basically half of everything incurred during the marriage, IE half the house, half of his pension/ 401K etc, half of all the assets
as toward alimony, allot will depend if you husband works, and how much he makes, will be the factors on how much alimony you are entitled to
