tone deafness and music?

if we all had differences of tone deafness inside our inner ears that prevented all of us from understanding the same music then it's not piracy or copyright infringement, right? it's not just misheard lyrics because we all have our own belief system and we hear what we believe to be true even if it offends other people. moonraven/cinderella
