pitched in independent leagues for a while and was on Spike TV's "Pros vs. Joes" last year

He pitched a bit for the Long Island Ducks of the Atlantic League in 2005 - nothing much since then.

surfaced w/ Tampa Bay a few years ago made it to the majors but wasnt successful. played minor leage ball but wasnt too good and it was obvious his MLB days were done. Last I heard he was working for or running his own consultant firm. I forget which of the 2 it was but in either case his days in MLB look to be over.

Played in Cleveland for a few years, did bad. Got traded somewhere because of bad behavior and lack of performance. Got busted for some sort of steroid/HGH recently and probably wont play again.

You can see him on Pros vs Joe's on cable t v.He like many others was a flash in the pan pro athlete.It is hard getting there and even harder staying.
