How accurate is it to count 28 days to your next period. Mostly accurate for 9 of 10 people if they have regular cycles or a guesstamate?

How accurate is the 28 day count to your next period? like 9 times of 10 for everyone with a reg period? My last period lasted longer than normal, usually I have my period 3-4 days last month I had it 7 nearly 8

You should keep track by putting a star on your calender the first day you start your period. The next month, do the same thing and count the days in between. Keep doing that for a few months, and you will have the number of days that is normal for your cycle. If it is never consistent, then you have an irregular cycle. For instance, normal for me is 31 days.
