Correct Spelling.....TEMPERATURE
For answer to this question I have to rely on Ian Ridpath,
author of ASTRONOMY, DK Publishing, NY, NY. Ian states
that the surface temperature of the Sun is 9,930 Degrees F,
or 5,500 Degrees C. The core temperature where liquid hydrogen is being fused into liquid helium via nuclear fusion is about 127 Million degrees F (6 million degrees C).
