Considering Cheney is not helping the terrorist nearly as much as Pelosi or some of the other Dems, he is not a traitor. Treason is defined as aiding and abetting the enemy. The only Americans I know of who could be guilty of that are the Dems. Setting a time line for withdrawal so our enemies can lay low until we leave sounds like aiding the enemy to me.
