Under plumbing in the yellow pages.
What does this have to do with health?
Unless you are referring to the term "Lay some Pipe" and you are going to fit them with pipe.
If that is the case LOL that is the funniest thing I have ever heard.

the gas stations wont carry them..if you have smoke shop that would be even better...they have all sorts of pipes and filters

any tobacco shop should have them and I have also seen them at walmart and fred meyer's they are very cheap. I use dr. grabow filters a box of 10 was 60 cents.
