Sure, but I consider this to be one of the highest compliments I can pay a movie if I am willing to watch it with commercials and deletions of possible excellent scenes to format it for the time slot - it's got to be a really enjoyable movie.
It's kind of like loving a person, worts and all. There are only a handful of movies for which I would do this.

No, TV edits out a lot of good stuff in movies, if I want to watch a movie I already own I just go to my DVD library and watch it.

Yes, I occasionally do that, and then I get upset with myself for sitting there and watching all of the commercials and I hate it when they cut parts out of the movie or bleep certain words.

i do it all the time, i do that mostly because i can flip through channels while it's on commerical to see if something better is on. i will also watch movies that i have already seen and didnt really like. i really dont know why i do that. maybe i just hope it will get better haha

I do this sometimes... .but usually after a few commercials I'm like Ok... time to put in the DVD instead so I dont have to go thru this.

i do that all the time!! like, just about a month ago i bought the die hard series, i still haven't watched them yet, i still watch the 3rd one whenever its on TV!! i don't know whats wrong with me. also, i own all the harry potter movies but whenever its on TV i watch it from beginning to end, and i'm a huge fan of Harry potter!!!

lol yeah! i'll even see it advertised like a week in advance, and remind myself throughout the week to watch it when it comes on. then if i end up missing it for whatever reason i get dissapointed and dont even end up watching the dvd. weird but true.

I don't, but my mom does and it DRIVES ME CRAZY! She's not even watching on cable. It's broadcast t.v.- Ridiculous! Why would anyone choose to watch a movie with commercials. Sheesh!
