Remember, he was a communist, and doing much harm to Iran. They only love him because he is gone, and they love to hate the US. You should thank us, many Iranians supported his overthrown, and that was why it was so easy to accomplish. Maybe Iran should look at it's own abuses more carefully, and stop worrying so much about ours. Your own President is a great disgrace in the world and you have been unanimously condemned by the UN security consul.

Iranian regime might be hating the west. But the Iranian people do not. Most Americans have no idea who Mossadeq is. Do most Americans know that Iranians are not Arabs! I wonder! We took Mossadeq out since he wanted to nationalize the oil industry and that would be bad for us! Nobody likes what is bad for them. We killed democracy there!

"Took out" isn't really the appropriate term, as he was not assassinated.

The US only believes in democracy when it does not hamper our oil profits.

I'm shocked that the CIA has not yet attempted the ousting of Hugo Chavez from Venezuela.

You want an unbiased source? How about Countercoup by Kermit Roosevelt, architect of Operation Ajax, ISBN 0-07-053590-6

Whenever the US 'dislikes" a foreign leader they want him ousted. It was called "Operation Ajax"......
we have such a devious government....

The people of any country have the absolute right to like or dislike its government. It is not up to the United States to 'straighten things out' according to what she wants.

..and for the following poster: There are three things that people in this country need to always remember
.
1. To learn as much as you can about past history.
2. To study the history of "friends" or so-called "friends" of the United States, and
3. To study your enemy, even if the 'enemy' is right here in the United States.

Thanks for the little site inclusion thingy, but, Americans are aware there's America, then there's it's government. Not a unilateral thing. As far as ' American '? Well, some of us is an' some of us ain't.

NINTEEN FIFTY FREAKIN' THREE? Most of those Iranians can't remember what they had for breakfast and you think that they're going to hold a grudge over that? Besides, the Islamo-Wackos weren't in charge then anyway.

That's 50 years ago. Of course we know. Well, those of us without our heads buried in texting, PS3 and MySpace.

Wasn't aware, don't care. Never wondered, or again cared, if and or why Iran did or did not love or hate the US or anyone else.

Is iranonline your only source? This is a very biased source. In fact, it is downright propaganda. I am not going to believe this unsupported. Get some independent report and then ask again.
