iff you are on social security do u have to report it or is there a way you can get married without repoting it?

By law, you need to report your marriage or common-law living situation right away, or at least at tax time.

If you get caught with having not reported your changes, you will probably go to jail, or pay fines that you cannot afford.

Do what's right.

The reason why you have to have a marriage licenses is in case one or the other dies the living person can collect benefits from the dead person. If that is not something that bothers you then get married without a licenses. This is a religious tradition anyway. God don't need a piece of paper to know you are married.
