i am 18and i got a ticket,
i dont got a DL
and didnt have insurance
the cop pulled me oer because he said that i should have pulled to other other lane and switch lanes because there was another car being pulle dover so basically i should have switch lanes beacause of that car on the side of the road.
he said that i could call a number he gave me to tell them how i could fix the ticket because i didnt have to come all the way.
Also i enrolled in th army and i though that they could push it out so i could pay it after i come back from basic training but now they say that they cant do anything about it because i leave for training AFTER the ticket has to be paid...how can i deal w this? how could i pay it? can the split it so i dont have to pay alot pf money at once?

Call the magistrates office where the offense took place. They will set up payment arraingments. It should explain everything on the ticket. No insurance and no license means your license will get suspended. Why do you drive without insurance. If you happened to wreck into someone and damaged property or a person you will be liable. You should always have insurance and a license if you are gonna drive. It is called responsability. And if you are joining the army you are gonna have alot of responsability.

Police depts and judges have heard it all, and they'regetting tired of hearing all the excuses and whining over a ticket.

Realize they cut you a break.
No drivers license and ins, you'd be in jail, and kiss the army goodbye.
