If a stupid person can sue MacDonald's for burning their tongue on hot coffee you can sue to. But, be sure the judge and prosecutor get a little slide under the table if you expect to win, they have to pay off the Defense Lawyer, so he play along.

Nope. When it comes to dormitory life you have very few rights. Any violation of the rules makes you subject to removal from the dorm, and the resident advisors have broad authority to deal with situations like yours. All the RA has to say is that she was concerned about your safety and well-being and the judge will side with the college/university.

Considering the immature nut-jobs that die of alcohol poisoning every year due to boozing it up to impress their friends, I think the RA was correct. He/she had no idea how much you had consumed so he/she erred on the safe side.

Try to act more like an adult and you won't have this problem in the future.

Makes no sense. Let me try..you are underage and living under someone else's responsibiltiy (the dorms). You did something illegal. No, you cannot sue.
