is normal mensuration cycle continues after the operation? what is the procedure for that operation?

A tubectomy is where they cut the fallopian tubes. It is generally done under general anesthesia and using a laprascope. You will continue to have normal menstrual periods after the procedure but you will not be able to conceive a baby. The purpose of the procedure is sterelization.

I think that you mean a tubal ligation. This is a permanent form of birth control that is done as a surgery to a woman under anesthestic. The tubes leading from the ovaries are cut, burned or clamped during this procedure. There are no real side effects to having this done. There may be a few days of cramping after but nothing tylenol and a hot water bottle wont help. There are no hormonal changes. The only change is not having to worry about birth control anymore. A vasectomy is done on a man. The vas deferens are cut, burned, clamped so that no sperm can get past. There are no side effects to having this done either.
