I have never really had a roommate before, my boyfriend lives with me but I don't really consider him a roommate even though he pays bills, but my question is how should the bills be divided and is it a bad idea to have my best friend move in?

I think it's a good idea. My boyfriend lives with me and I would like some company when we get in fights or when he's at work. The bills would be cheaper for you too. Ok say the house bill is 400 dollars. you each would pay like 133 dollars. Just make sure your boyfriend and your best friend get along because that might cause drama!

Definitely a bad idea. Girlfriends will get angry when you want to be with your boyfriend and not her. The bills will be difficult also. There will surely be some major problems.
