I got my period somewhere around the 16th of march, and I looked up online about the dates that I would have ovulated, and I had sex three times (unprotected) within the dates it said. How long should I wait to get and EPT to find out and when should I get my period again if I am not?

Wait at lest 19 days from the last time you had unprotected sex to get an accurate hpt result. Those online calculators are VERY inaccurate. The only way to know when your next period is due is to look back at your past 3 or so cycles and see how long they were. Not everyone has a text-book 28 day cycle and very few women ovulate on day 14--which is what those online calculators go by.

i would wait at least 20 days. this will insure that the pregnancy test is somewhat right. but if it is negative, make sure to test again 5-10 days later. another option, is to wait and see if you get your period or not, this is only if you can't get a pregnancy test. I would test on day 28. If it is negative ans still no period I would test again on day 35.
